Returns, Refunds & Warranty — We’ve Got You Covered


60-Day Free Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange — completely free of charge.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Just email us at support@arunastudio.store, and we’ll guide you through the process with care.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send a prepaid shipping label and simple return instructions. Please note: items sent back without prior contact can’t be accepted.

1-Year Warranty

Every product at Aruna Studio is made to last. That’s why we offer a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and functional issues.

If your item develops a fault within a year of purchase, reach out to us at support@arunastudio.store with your order number and a brief description of the issue (photos help, too).
We’ll repair, replace, or refund — whichever makes the most sense for your situation.

This warranty doesn’t cover damage from regular wear and tear, accidents, or misuse, but we’ll always do our best to support you fairly.

What Can’t Be Returned

Some items can’t be returned for safety or hygiene reasons, such as:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm by email whether it’s approved. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

European Union Customers

If your order ships to the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, allowing you to cancel or return your purchase for any reason within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in original condition and packaging.
